CARE

Our pieces are made by hand of natural stones and antique findings and metals. Natural stones should be handled with care and protected from  heat and impact. The stones can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth. Silver and Gold chains can be cleaned with mild hand soap.To protect your piece, it is best if you avoid wearing it in water, extreme heat or cold.  The wear of the finish over time is a natural and intended aspect of each piece. To cleanse the stones, smudge with sage or refresh the energy by placing your jewelry underneath the light of the full moon.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from our Los Angeles studio within 7 days of your order. Domestic orders are all shipped USPS Priority Mail. USPS has a stated delivery time of 1-3 days depending on destination. For international orders, please contact info@betsyflores.com.

REPAIRS

Quality is extremely important to us so if your jewelry is damaged we would be happy to fix it for you within 1 year of purchase for a small fee. To initiate the repair process, please email us at info@betsyflores.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

RETURNS
